Ethie was not allowed to check in for her 6am flight to Venezuela because she did not have a flight out of Venezuela. The only solution she found for the problem was to buy a ticket with Argentina air from Venezuela to Argentina from where she wil eventually return to SA. They allowed her to board the later flight, but because she missed her connection in Lima she had to spend thenight in Peru, probably at the airport, and will continue from there toVenezuela on 12 August.
Jansie and Eugenie heeded Ethies warning that they might have the same problem and spent most of the day they were planning to rest trying to find a sollution. Praise God for Lilliana and Maggie, their kind Costa Rican hosts! In the safety of Maggie´s house they could use the internet and telephone and finally Maggie drove them to the airline office in town. The Lord did His thing, and we believe we have everything ready for our flight, although we did not manage to buy actual tickets out of Venezuela.
We had a wonderful time of sharing and prayer with Maggie & Lilliana in the evening. Costa Rica has blessed us deeply!
